Em treinos no tumbl trak o exerc\u00edcio j\u00e1 \u00e9 executado e vem sequenciado de uma pirueta e meia de costas para conseguir uma bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Para ser validado, a mesma burocracia de sempre: um v\u00eddeo deve ser mandado para a FIG com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de homolog\u00e1-lo e a FIG manda um feedback com o prov\u00e1vel valor do exerc\u00edcio.
